The whistleblower report form is designed to offer you a secure, confidential, and safe method for reporting any issues you have witnessed or encountered. We treat all reports with utmost seriousness and guarantee that your identity will be safeguarded in compliance with the law.

If the report is not anonymous, within five working days of a concern being raised, Amaroq will send you the following information:

• Acknowledgment that the concern has been received, the date it was received, whether the person who raised the concern has requested confidentiality, and a summary of the concern.
• Indication of how the matter will be dealt with, by whom, and how they can be contacted.
• Notification if an investigation has started or is to be started and if further assistance will be needed from the Employee.
